Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - 8 Foundry St, Brighton, BN1 4AT. UK
Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping.
Shipping to the European Union
As the UK has now left the European Union, orders shipping to EU countries will no longer be charged UK VAT.
Orders shipping to addresses within the EU will now be billed local VAT and may be subject to additional handling and dispersement charges upon delivery, which are set solely by the EU country the order is being shipped to. You can check your country’s standard VAT rate here.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. RBD Design LTD/PrototypeTM is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@prototypetm.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
